We invite you to join us as a member. You may choose to submit your application online by completing the form below or you can download a 2017 SGES Membership Form (PDF) to print, complete and mail it to us. Fields identified with an asterisk (*) are required fields.


Yearly Membership includes quarterlies, newsletters and discounts on forms, seminars and classes, but does not include postage for quarterlies published earlier in the year. Fiscal year is January 1 through December 31.

Immediate family members at the same address are included in the family membership. Publications are sent per family.

Please complete one of the membership forms above before submitting any dues payments. If you have chosen to make your dues payment via check, please make the check out to SGES, Inc. and mail it to the address below:

If you prefer to make your dues payment online, we use PayPal as our online payment service. Although having a PayPal account is one of the easiest ways to make payments online, you can use a credit card to make your payment. PayPal also serves as our credit card processing service. Choose the membership option from the dropdown list, then click the Subscribe button .
